Ham Breakfast Wrap

wrap+ 2 eggs + 50 – 80 g Ham. Place the wrap in a plate and microwave for 30 seconds; cook the eggs and place on the wrap with ham, (Cottage cheese is an option). Roll it and it is ready to eat.

1 piece of toast + 1 egg cooked as preferred


Simple Oats

30g – 50g Oat + ½ Banana + 1 cup Milk + Protein Powder (chocolate or vanilla) or vanilla extract. Microwave for 1 minute and serve.
